気がついたら15時だった

　今朝，5時までアレコレをやっていて寝た。今の季節って5時でも真っ暗なのね。それから爆睡し続けて，久しぶりの2桁台の10時間寝続けた。平日の睡眠時間の3倍も1回で取れたせいか，目もショボショボしてなくてスッキリ。

　とはいえ，ちょっとLEGOを整理してたら夜になっちゃって，何となく勿体ない気分になってみたり。ともかく睡眠時間は大切だなぁと思ってみたりします。

　しかし，明日はドライブで日光に紅葉を見に行くとかでモードの6時半起き……寝不足モード再開かも。。普通，観光地として行くところだけど，ウチからだとゆっくり走っても1時間もあれば着いちゃうからいいんだけどね。
