最近のPC事情がサッパリです

　PCをパワーアップさせようと思っているわけですが，ここのところPC関係は放置状態だったわけで，「PCI Expressって何だよ」とか「Serial ATAの電源コネクタって違うのか」とか，何とも情けない状況なわけで久しぶりに会社で定期購読しているDOS/Vマガジンを開いてみたり。

　非常に気になっているGeForce 6600/6800シリーズのSLI動作だけど，今のところゲームでは不具合(!?)が多いらしい。SLIにするとシングル駆動よりもフレームレートが落ちる場合もあるとか。素直に6800 Ultraとか導入すればバッチリなんだろうけど，個人的にSLIってのは興味津々だったりするわけです。ドライバが改善されるとまともに動くんですかね。なんつ～か，SLI動作でいろんなゲーム(デモとか)を試して動くのか試してみたい気がしないでもないが，全滅に近い状態だったら悲しいこと請け合いなので，それもちょっとなぁ。

　そうそう楽しみにしていたA列車で行こう 7が再び発売延期になり2月26日(土)発売になりました。面白さが増すのであれば延期は仕方ないところだけど，1週間くらいづつ延ばすのならドカンと1ヶ月くらい延期して，しっかり作り込んで欲しいです。というか，PCパワーアップを考えているのは，このゲームのせいだったりするんですが，今のスペックだと序盤は良いにしても，街が発展してきたらカクカクしてプレイできなそうな気配です。これはシムシティとか都市発展シムではありがちなんだけどね。
