"一太郎"，"花子"に製造・販売禁止，破棄処分命令

　ビックニュースのようなビックリニュースのような……。

　松下電器産業がジャストシステムに対して，"アイコン操作についての特許権を侵害された"として，一太郎と花子の製造・販売の中止と製品の破棄を求めた訴訟で，特許侵害が認められ，一太郎と花子の製造・販売の中止と製品の廃棄を命じたとか。

　まぁこのままでは終わらないでしょうな。すぐに控訴してくるだろうし，即発売中止とかになることはなさそうです。

「一太郎2005予約キャンペーン」のメールが届いていた。
たぶん2005も引っかかるんでしょうけど‥、
メールの方が判決より時間的に早かったのかな？

ちなみにうちは一太郎12を使い続けています(^^;
これでも機能的に十分なので。

OSが大幅に変わり、使えなくなったらバージョンアップしようとは思っていますが。

一太郎は営業所で14を入れたかなぁ。
オレが使っていたのは10までだったかな。それ以降はWORDになってしまいました。

ATOK2005はバージョンアップしようと思ったけど止めました。(笑)

くだらねぇ。なんでこんな特許が通ったんですかね。
(申請して他に同じもの，類似したものがなければ通るんだっけ？)
なんでもかんでも特許ってのはイヤな感じですな。

TVニュースによれば、２００５は予定通り発売するようですね。
本当に「重箱の隅を突く」ぐらいに思えるのですが、素人考えでしょうかね？

シートベルトの特許申請をしなかったボルボ（確か）、
命にかかわるということでレベルが違いますが、
今更ながら感動ものですな。

今朝のニュースでもやってましたね。
重箱の隅をつつくどころか，ジャストシステムの言い分通り，
多くのソフトウェアが引っかかりそうですね。

オレの中の松下電器産業の株が確実に下がりました。(笑)
