一般情報の２次がんに関する訳です。
ただ、私は英語はずーーと赤点でして、
翻訳ソフトと英和辞典の結果ですので、正しく訳されているかは
はなはだ疑問です。
原文と照らし合わせて御自身で検証してください。
それから数字は過去の治療法も含めた統計です。
現在の治療法の治療リスクはより安全と私は信じています。
Patients with the germline type of retinoblastoma have a markedly increased freq
uency of second malignant neoplasms (SMN).
遺伝性網膜芽細胞腫の患者は、2番目の悪性の腫瘍（SMN）（２次がんのことです）
